At Property Insight, Mark and Neil believe that every property investor is different, and the key to your investing success is understanding that.
Before any mentorship programme begins we always first discuss your investing goals 121 and make sure we are the right mentor for you.
As some helpful advice, we recommend you choose a mentor who has achieved what you want to achieve, and has done it well, and has done it recently, and is still doing it!
Mark and Neil provide mentorship that follows exactly those principles.
Mentoring Structure
The Property Insight Mentorship programme is a 6 month programme, meeting remotely online for 1 hour a week with your dedicated mentor. Every mentorship session is focussed on what you need to do to move forward with your property investing.
This could mean anything from what area you should invest in, what does it cost to refurbish a property, identifying the things in your life that are stopping you from succeeding and how to overcome them, or even a deep dive in to how to financially assess your deal opportunity.
As part of the mentorship programme you will be provided with the Property Insight deal analyser, how to view a property viewing guide, and many other tools for you to keep for future use.
Many of our mentees join us with the aim of buying their first investment property and don't want to make avoidable mistakes. Or maybe you want to buy your second investment property and want to know how to do it better.
